We have added a WAP site from where you can log and view current outages. The address: http://www.support-sa.org/wap.html
Please note that in order to log your outage, you still need to at least have used the SMS service once. This is purely to verify your cell nr. It help us track the number of unique visitors that log outages. Thanks for your support!

The SMS submit processing engine has been refined to allow for small spelling mistakes in the keywords to be corrected. The "poweroff" SMS no longer has a comment feature, but all text -after- the "poweroff" keyword will be treated as the "region" or "area" where the outage is at. This will hopefully improve the service. Thanks for everybody for the helpful suggestions! More changes to follow soon...
